Construction Management Services:

Work with Architects, Engineers and Specialty Consultant teams to provide design assist and review services through all phases of site development, schematics, design development, construction documentation and permit packages

Work with Consulting teams to provide services for site assessment and material proposals

Provide cost estimates for all design proposals

Make value engineering recommendations

Assist with county approvals, tendering and contractor selection

Assist selected contractor with mobilization on site

Oversee construction schedule, progress and recommend schedule efficiencies

Oversee construction of landscape, sub-structure, above grade structure, architectural scope, mechanical scope, electrical scope and miscellaneous specialty scope

Work with contractors to manage all schedule risks

Work with contractors to address and prepare proposals for site conditions that need to be addressed

Assist owner with reviewing change order submissions and make recommendations for re-submissions and approvals

Oversee commissioning, occupancy and inspection processes

Oversee project closeout and deficiency rectifications

Make recommendations to the client for any miscellaneous services they needs to obtain and regulatory tasks that they need to complete outside of our services for their project to be successful

Provide all construction management services as required to assist the owner with development of land, demolition, new construction, existing facility renovations and change in use of space projects
